Abstract: Our project creates an easy to use tool to organize bills and track ongoing monthly spending in comparison to available monthly income. Billable allows for the sorting of expenses by each month which allows the user to visualize how much money is being spent for the month. This platform assists in organizing bill information to prevent overdrafts and late fees that can accumulate over time. When a financial goal is set, the project assists in maintaining that goal by providing real time comparison of current spending against the user’s goal. Billable is not only a place to gather, organize, and track financial information, but it is also a way to enhance the user’s potential and ability to effectively manage their personal finances. Most importantly, Billable provides bill information and history in a centralized repository.
