Abstract: During this project, entitled "Evaluating Equity: An Analysis of the Community Music Center's After-School Program, I will be analyzing the practices and policies of an afterschool music program, called the Community Music Center (the CMC), created in partnership with my local school district. I created an Equity Rubric to determine whether the CMC was operating a successful and equitable program for students.
