Abstract
-
Leadership plays an essential role in everyone's life. This thesis will examine servant leadership by uniting key opinions, definitions, and components into a cohesive framework for various contexts. A significant focus will be on servant leadership in religious ministry because of my personal experiences in leadership. Themes such as humility, empathy, service, selflessness, behaviors versus traits, and goal orientation will be analyzed to highlight their important roles in servant leadership.
