Plaque reads, "Dolores Huerta; ('Dolores' Art Print Poster by Barbara Carrasco) Dolores Clara Fernandez huerta (born April 10, 1930) is a labor leader and civil rights activist who was an early member of the National Farmworkers Association, which later became the United Farm Workers (UFW). Dolores Huerta was the keynote speaker for the 25th Annual Cesar E. Chavez Leadership Conference (CECLC) on March 6, 2015. This signed commemorative poster was a gift to the Western Oregon University President, Mark Weiss, by the CECLC Committee in recognition of the strong collaboration between CECLC and Western Oregon University."
