Abstract

People need to eat. The most common way that people feed themselves is going to the grocery store, and buying some fresh ingredients for one week. They go back home every night to cook those ingredients. Problems include: high cost, food spoilage and waste, cooking difficulties, traveling frequently to the store, and lack of food preparation help. Meal kit delivery services and online groceries can solve these problems. Traditional grocery stores need to make changes. They need a system to help them to improve their service.
