Verso: "27 January 45. Interior, Huba Huba Hut. This is a Red Cross building and pictured here are some of the activities I wish I were participating in, ping pong and the painting of a mural. That would be right up my alley, not this training. Brrrr!! I shudder at the very sound of the word."
Maurice described the Red Cross building was several building, all with thatched roofs, connected together. It was referred to as the Huba Huba Hut with various rooms for diverse activities. One had a ping pong table, one a library of books, while other rooms were for general recreation and a dance floor.
