This Red Flowering Dogwood tree is located on the west side of Valsetz Dining Hall in memory of Kurt Singletary who worked at the dining hall. The plaque reads "In memory of Kurt E. Singletary. A caring friend who made us smile. Dedicated by Valsetz Dining Hall students and co-workers, 2001."
